To Keep Moving Forward
~Walt Disney has inspired everyone with a whole lot with his imagination and quotes in which got to me :]
Even though Spring has started a couple or few days ago, it’s been a kick in the ass for me to wake up due to the hour change. Overall, the days of work is a bit tiring, but yet coming home to a 3 year old is exciting yet you have that spark of energy left to “Keep Moving Forward” :]
I guess I had put that quote to a good use (Meet The Robinsons, cartooon). Anyway, hope everyone is enjoying the spring and the warm weathers :]
Winter is coming to a close!
As it may, winter is coming to a close and spring is coming in just 11 days, which the flowers would be blooming and trees would start to have it’s green leaves gleaming in the sky. The smell of the flowers just makes me want to take more pictures of what’s going on every corner of the street and see what’s everyone is doing in their means. Like what Charles Dickens said:
“It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade.” ~Charles Dickens
This is what I liked about it, the coldness of the wind, yet the warm sunlight makes it all warm and cool at the same time. There might be possibilities where my mom is sneezing her head off because of her allegies, and yet I’m finding it funny how my mom tries to avoid disliking the weather by saying “I hate spring”.
What a Weird Summer!
What can I say, the weather has been hot for a week… the next it’s cold all of a sudden. Not that I’m complaining or anything, but I’m more a fall / winter type of girl. Summer’s been there for me to like if only I had a pool in the backyard, yet I don’t have one. I hope everyone had a great July 4th, enjoying the beach and all those fireworks with friends and family.
Seen many faces of new and old friends, and it’s been exciting, some days aren’t that great, but every tiny minute of our time will be taken accounted for whether if it’s bad or good. My baking of Cake-Pops are somewhat difficult. The first batch went fine, but the second time I made it with lemon cake & such, let’s just say, my sweet tooth isn’t satisfied because it tasted disgusting 
Yes, there are some faults in my cooking/baking, but learning is the key :] I hope everyone is doing fine and hope the summer is great! Head out to the beaches and start that early camping trip before it’s too late!
Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Basically, I saw this recipe on (www.foodwishes.blogspot.com) and I wanted to try it for once, since it’s my boyfriend’s birthday, so why not give it a go right? So here’s the pictures of what I made, I have to wait about 4 to 6 hours til it’s done, so I can fry it, but overall i will post up the finished product later :]

Future of Ms. Hoshihara
The beginning of 2011 has started a week ago and so many things have changed for us. There are some ups and downs for many of us, although we may regret on the mistakes we have made in 2010 and will be learning from it in the near future. There are some people who are pregnant or have brought someone new to the world, and I would like to congrats them on that. I hope everyone is doing alright, even when the economy is not doing so well in the time being, but I hope everything works out for you guys.
For now, enjoy what you have and have a wild imagination and be spontaneous as you can be, but not too wild!
